Whether we’re talking about literal or metaphorical ones, transformations are an intrinsic part of the lived queer experience. Whether it’s changing ourselves to fit into societal molds or creating new structures to grow into,, we’re all familiar with taking what we’re given and making it better.

This month, we’re inviting our “professors” to find the pieces of media that provided a blueprint for change and made them aware that transformation was possible. That could look like a character portrayal in TV or film, a hero’s growth in their favorite novel, or even the story journey of a video game protagonist. However that realization and motivation emerged for you, we want to hear about it!

It’s going to be a fun night full of stories from incredible humans sharing their transformative moments into the queer heroes they are today.

Doors open at 7:00pm, show starts at 7:30pm.
